LAGUEUX, Jacinthe

Biography Born in 1959 in Saint-Frédéric-de-Beauce, Jacinthe Lagueux continued her studies at Laval University, where she obtained an honors degree in visual arts and teaching.

To her credit, she has several projects under the 1% program of the Quebec Ministry of Culture.
In addition, there are remarkable solo and group exhibitions in Canada, the United States, the United Arab Emirates, Italy, France, Morocco, Tunisia and Spain. In addition, she has won several medals and recognition awards in different countries.

Fascinated by the brightness of the ice since childhood, she explores the techniques of fusion and glass thermoforming.
The shimmering of aluminum, stainless steel, copper, bronze, granite and steatite are also found in the materials of her creation.
